Research Interests: Management and assessment of electronic resources and services; impact of prescriptive technologies on library organizational development; complex adaptive systems; academic librarianship, management and policy
Statement of Career Goals: I hope to become a faculty member of a library and information studies program. I would like to develop curricula with lab environments that incorporate technologies used in practice. I would like to continue my active involvement in the development of librarianship and other information professions.
Hobbies: Before moving to the very lovely, but flat, state of Florida a few months ago, I had become quite enthusiastic about hiking up mountains- peak bagging. I enjoy music- jazz, bluegrass, funk, jam- especially the bass line. I collect books: Eastern philosophy (mostly yoga), and on all thing Scottish (mostly whisky and ballads).
